       周潇，北京理工大学管理科学与工程专业博士，中共党员，硕士生导师，副教授。近年来，围绕技术预测与技术机会识别国际学术前沿，探索技术演化与创新的新理论，着重解决突破式创新主题识别、创新路径动态规划中的瓶颈问题。截止目前共发表相关学术论文近30余篇，其中15篇被SCI/SSCI检索，JCR分区1区期刊9篇。2013年，本人在技术创新管理领域顶级会议（PICMET2013）上获得最佳学生论文奖，这也是该会议举办13届以来，中国大陆地区学者首次获此殊荣。

     本人近五年主持国家自然基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、陕西省自然科学基金青年基金、科技部规划司委托课题、企业横向项目等6项，参与国家级省部级项目7项。2021年1月获聘西安电子科技大学 “华山学者”菁英副教授。
