个人简介:

刘文康,河南省郸城县人,西安电子科技大学副教授,硕士生导师,西电华山菁英系列岗位,"雷达成像算法探索团队"学术骨干。

研究方向主要有星载合成孔径雷达体制设计、雷达成像算法研究、波形设计、海洋遥感新体制、遥感交叉领域等。

主持了国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、JCJQ计划重点项目子课题、HY计划、自然资源部海洋遥测技术创新中心开放基金、西电交叉学科培育项目等项目,与航天科技集团五院、电子科技集团等相关科研单位开展横向项目多项。目前作为技术负责人研发首颗高轨SAR卫星的地面成像处理与校正软件系统模块。

发表学术论文30篇,其中以第一作者/通信作者发表高质量SCI论文10余篇。担任TGRS JSTARS, GRS Lett.,《雷达学报》等雷达/遥感领域高质量期刊审稿人。曾获校级优秀博士论文,CSC-DAAD中德联合博士后奖学金,入选年度雷达未来之星

主讲本科生课程《场论与复变函数》、共同主讲《数字图像处理》课程。

教育和工作经历:

2011.08-2015.06,就读于西安电子科技大学,电子信息工程专业(卓越工程师方向)。

2015.08-2020.12,在西安电子科技大学雷达信号处理国家重点实验室攻读博士学位(导师为邢孟道、孙光才教授),研究方向主要是中高轨合成孔径雷达成像体制与处理技术。

2019.11-2020.11,赴意大利那不勒斯帕斯诺普大学访学,与帕斯诺普大学Vito Pasazio, Gilda Schirinzi, Alessandra Budillon 教授合作开展多航过层析成像质量提升技术研究。与意大利CNR-IREA国家实验室的Gianfranco Fornaro教授一起开展多航过图像相干合成技术研究。

2021.01至今,加入西安电子科技大学前沿交叉研究院,受聘为华山菁英副教授岗位。

2021.06,曾获得中德CSC-DAAD联合奖学金资助,收到德国慕尼黑工业大学和德国航空航天中心的博士后邀请,合作导师为德国航空航天中心微波雷达中心主任Alberto Moreira教授(未成行)。

2022.08,晋升为前沿交叉研究院副教授。
