Bin Wang was born in Shaanxi Province, China, in 1983. He received the B.S. degree in electron siecence and technology, and M.S. degree in microelectronic engineering from XiDian University, Xi’an, China, in 2006 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics sicience and technology from XiDian, in 2014. His Ph.D research, which was supervices by Prof. Heming Zhang, covered device physics and simulation of strianed silicon transistors and silincongermnium transistors. Since 2014, he has been an assistant professor with department of the State Key Discipline Laboratory of Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Technology, school of Microelectronic, XiDian university. His research topic focused on the high-performance FET  design, including low power nano MOSFE and TFET devices.
