Introduction
Dr. Sheng Tong is currently an Associate Professor with State Key Lab. of ISN, Xidian University, Xi'an, China. He received the B.Eng. degree in information engineering in 2001,and Master and Ph.D. degrees from Xidian University in 2004 and 2006, respectively. Since 2007, he has been a lecturer with Xidian University. In 2011, he was promoted as an Associate Professor.
His research interests include modulation and channel coding, such as Turbo codes and LDPC codes, and their applications in various senarios.
