Biography

Dr. Rujiang Li is an Associate Professor of "Huashan Scholars" talent program. He received the Bachelor degree in Physics (National Base) in 2011 and Master degree in theoretical physics in 2014, both from Shanxi University, China. He received the PhD in Electronics Science and Technology from Zhejiang University, China, in 2018. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Tel Aviv University, Israel, in 2018-2019, and a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2019-2020. In 2021, he joined School of Electroic Engineering, Xidian University, as an Associate Professor of "Huashan Scholars" talent program.


His main research interests include topological photonics, nonlinear optics and nanophotonics. He has published one book (Cambridge University Press) and more than 30 papers in SCI journals. As the first author or corresponding author, he has published 14 papers (including 2 ESI highly cited papers) in Science Advances, National Science Review, Nanoscale, Carbon, Communications Physics, Physical Review A, Optics Letters, etc. His works have been reported by scientific media such as EurekAlert! and Phys.org. His work was featured as the Back Cover of Nanoscale.


Dr. Rujiang Li serves as an Academic Editor of International Journal of Optics. He also serves as a regular referee of many international journals, including Carbon, Photonics Research, Optics Letters, Optics Express, 2D Materials, etc.
