Rui Chen, received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Communications and Information Systems from Xidian University, Xian, China, in 2005, 2007 and 2011, respectively. From 2014.8 to 2015.8, He was a visiting scholar at Columbia University in New York city. He is currently an associate professor in State Key Lab. of ISN, School of Telecommunications Engineering at Xidian University.
