Dr. Tom Luan received the B.E. degree from the Xi\'an Jiaotong University, China in 2004, MPhil. degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Ph.D. degree from the University of Waterloo, all in Electrical and Computer Engineering. From 2013 to 2017, he was with the Deakin University, Australia, as a Lecturer in Mobile and Apps. Since 2017, he is with the School of Cyber Engineering at the Xidian University as a Professor. Dr. Luan\'s research interests are on edge computing, vehicular networks, wireless multimedia, mobile cloud computing.
