Lin Li (M’09) was born in Shaanxi, China. He received the B.S. degree in electronics and information engineering, M.S. degree in signal and information processing and Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent system from Xidian University, Xi’an China, in 2003, 2006 and 2009, respectively.

Since 2006, he has been with School of Electronic Engineering at Xidian University, a lecturer from 2008 to 2010, an associate professor since 2011 and a full professor since 2022. From February 2016 to February 2017, he was a research scholar with University of Missouri-St. Louis, MO. From February 2019 to September 2019, he was a senior research fellow with Hongkong Baptist Univsersity. He is currently the Vice Chair of the Department of Electronics Engineering at Xidian University. His research interest includes the separation of radar signals, time-frequency analysis of nonstationary signals, and incoherent scattering radar signal processing.
