RESEARCH INTERESTS

I am interested in compliant mechanisms (including compliant MEMS) and their applications, precision instruments, computer controlled mechanical systems, opto-mechatronics and swarm intelligence. The focus of my research is on exploring associated theories, development of algorithms and numerical simulation techniques, and hardware development and experimental work to validate theories and numerical results.
