        周潇，北京理工大学管理学博士，副教授，西安电子科技大学硕士生导师、博士生导师，华山学者菁英副教授。近年来，围绕技术预测与技术机会识别国际学术前沿，探索技术演化与创新的新理论，着重解决突破式创新主题识别、创新路径动态规划中的瓶颈问题。截止目前共发表相关学术论文30余篇，其中20余篇被SCI/SSCI检索。以一作或通讯作者发表JCR分区1区论文9篇。2013年获技术创新管理领域顶级会议（PICMET2013）最佳学生论文奖。

        近五年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目，陕西省自然科学基金青年基金、科技部规划司委托课题、企业横向项目等8项，经费到账超过150万。作为核心人员参与国家级省部级项目7项。入选2024年陕西三秦特支青年拔尖人才，2023年陕西高校“优秀青年人才支持计划”。
