Step 7: Calculate the proportion of elemental compliance to structural compliance C_pro2 by E(xi2).
Does it mean we have to again process FEM analysis using E(xi2) with u_p_d_a_t_ed xi3 to calculate C_pro2 and enter the inner loop to u_p_d_a_t_e xi2 and the same to be followed for C_pro1 by E(xi1)?
