Redesigning and integration of Remedy System

Including Order Handling System, Fault Management System, and Helpdesk System

Ø Oct. 2002-Nov, 2004 as project manager, was responsible for the restructuring of call centre, The project consists of following key elements:

The major goal of the project is restructuring and optimizing six existing service lines using ITIL concept, and merge these lines into an integrated Service Desk team, which will work on a virtual team basis. The major benefits of such restructuring are saving resources and improving service quality

Designing and compiling KPI report, analyzing statistical data, and designing capability-based policies for call queuing and intelligent routering.

Implementing and pre-running of the testing systems, which including Simense Hicom PBX and ACD, Genesys CTI and IVRRemedy CRM and webMethods database middleware

Personally responsible for whole process of project management, including project planning, resource allocation, cost estimation and controlling, and quality management

The project was successfully completed 2 weeks before deadline, which resulted in a six-digit cost saving. I was rewarded for good performance in this project with a stock option plan.

 

200210月到200411月作为项目经理,负责公司呼叫中心Call Centre改造项目,主要有以下工作内容:

项目目标是根据ITIL理念重新优化改造现有的6Service Line,将其合并成一个统一的Service Desk 团队,通过虚拟工作组的方式,实现更好的服务质量,同时节约人员配置

制定和采集KPI报告,分析统计数据,设计依据技能为基础的呼叫排队及职能路由政策

测试系统的实现以及测试,系统包括西门子Hicom PBXACD, Genesys CTIIVR系统,及Remedy CRM 系统和webMethods数据库中间件

从设计到实施的项目管理,项目设计计划,资源配置,项目经费控制审核,质量管理

该项目提前2周完成,并为公司节约了6位数的资金,我也得到公司的表彰,获奖公司原始股票

 

 

Ø Dec. 2004 – Dec. 2007in charge of designing and implementing of large client data centre projects, including the landmark network projects of Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Boerse, and AOK (second largest insurance company in Germany). Major responsibilities include:

Project initiation stage: feasibility study for the customer, and project initiation documentation

Project planning or design stage: planning, governance model designing, work breaking-down,  equipment sourcing, team resource allocating, building up communication channels, and setting milestones

Execution stage: execution monitoring, progress tracking, risk and change management, outsourcing management, cost management,  status reporting, etc

Completion stage: testing and delivering, follow-up reporting
