个人简介

       李晓波,女,1992年出生,副教授,硕士生导师。

       2021年3月加入西安电子科技大学先进材料与纳米科技学院,主要研究方向为低维电子信息功能材料的可控制备及其光电、铁电器件性能研究

      学术研究方面,主持国自然青年基金、陕西省、广东省青年基金及中央高校自由探索等项目,参与国家自然科学基金青年、面上等项目,获得2023年陕西省高等学校科学研究优秀成果一等奖(排名第二),担任eScienceRare Metals期刊青年编委及多个SCI期刊审稿人,目前以第一作者或通讯作者于Adv. Mater. Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Sci.,Small,App. Mater. & Interface等期刊发表学术论文13篇,被引用1200余次,个人h因子19。

主要研究方向

1. 低维铁电、压电、铁磁等电子信息材料的制备及其光电、存储器件性能研究;

2. 宽禁带半导体Ga2O3的可控制备及其日盲探测、偏振成像应用。
