刘景伟，教授，博士生导师，IEEE会员，CCF会员，中国通信学会高级会员，中国密码学会会员，陕西省信安标委会专家委员，西安电子科技大学区块链应用与评测研究中心副主任，陕西省区块链与安全计算重点实验室测评研究中心主任，入选爱思唯尔 "全球前2％顶尖科学家榜单"，荣获“区块链60人”2024赋能中国区块链创新人物奖。主要研究方向为大数据安全与隐私保护、区块链应用安全及测评、物联网（IoT）与移动互联网安全、云-边计算安全。2006年11月至12月赴香港大学任助教；2009年3月至2010年8月赴韩国仁荷大学UWB无线研究中心任访问学者；2016年3月至2017年3月赴美国天普大学访问；2024年7月至9月赴加拿大UNB访问。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项、教育部创新项目、陕西省重点产业链等项目18项；作为主要人员参与国家863计划、国家973计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目、教育部联合基金项目、“十五”国家密码发展基金等项目15项。2019年，牵头撰写发布了陕西省地方标准《区块链安全测评—指标体系》；2020年，获得IEEE ICC 大会最佳论文奖；2022年，获得陕西高校科研优秀成果奖——特等奖：复杂网络环境下数据安全关键密码理论。出版学术专著2部，在国内外权威学术期刊及国际会议上发表论文90余篇，其中80余篇进入SCI/EI检索（含1篇ESI高被引），授权发明专利21项。担任多个顶级国际期刊的审稿人，多次担任顶级国际会议技术程序委员会成员，多次担任全国大学生信息安全大赛评委。
