研究方向介绍

 

   

    基于白质纤维束图谱的统计计算(Tractography atlas-based analysis, TABS)是一种沿着白质纤维束走形对弥散张量图像进行分析的数学方法。该方法在构建组内纤维束模版的基础上,提取感兴趣脑区间的白质纤维束连接信息,并将纤维束簇间不同体素点进行点匹配并沿着纤维束弧长方向将局部张量弥散信息参数化。该方法不仅将不同被试个体空间纤维束信息统一到标准空间下,提供了逐体素的统计分析框架。研究小组致力于将白质纤维束信息与多模态磁共振图像交叉整合,结合生理解剖以及临床医学最新成果进行数据挖掘工作。
